1. In the Order of the Government No. 546/2019 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for arrangement and operation of temporary moorings and the related constructions on inland waterways of the Republic of Moldova (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019,
Art. No. 352-359, 861) to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

a) in the name to replace the text of "Regulations on procedure for arrangement and operation of temporary moorings and the related constructions on inland waterways of the Republic of Moldova" with the text of "Conditions of placement, creation, dismantle, hardware of temporary moorings and the accompanying constructions on inland waterways of the Republic of Moldova";

b) in Item 1 "Regulations on procedure for arrangement and operation of temporary moorings and the related constructions on inland waterways of the Republic of Moldova" to replace the text with the text of "Condition of placement, creation, dismantle, hardware of temporary moorings and the accompanying constructions on inland waterways of the Republic of Moldova";

2) in Conditions:

a) state the name in the following edition:
