About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

Based on Item 3 of Article 301 and article 304 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 1, 2019 No. 437 "About utilization of vehicles":

to be reworded as follows appendix 2 to this resolution it (is applied);

in Regulations on procedure and conditions of adoption of the obligation to provide the subsequent safe handling of the waste formed as a result of loss by vehicles of the consumer properties, approved by this resolution:

add Item 6 with the paragraph of the following content:

"registration number, date of issue of the registration certificate as resident free (special, special) economic zone – in case of production of vehicles in the territory of free (special, special) economic zone.";

in Item 7:

third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the copy of approval like the vehicle, either the copy of the safety construction certificate of the vehicle, or the copy of the conclusion about assessment like the vehicle, or the copy of the conclusion about assessment of the single vehicle;";

to exclude paragraphs of the fourth, seventh and eighth;

in Item 7-1:

the second to state part in the following edition:

"The documents specified in paragraphs the third or fifth Item 7 and Item 8 of this provision are enclosed to the application.";

add Item with part of the following content:

"In case of introduction of amendments to the order on the organization of collection point in the territory of the manufacturing organization the documents specified in paragraph six of Item 7 of this provision are enclosed to the application.";
