Article 1

In part 8 of article 40 of the Federal Law of March 13, 2006 No. 38-FZ "About advertizing" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 12, Art. 1232; 2007, No. 49, Art. 6071; 2010, No. 40, Art. 4969; 2011, No. 15, Art. 2029; 2013, No. 23, Art. 2866; 2015, No. 1, Art. 38; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4765; 2019, No. 18, Art. 2224; No. 29, the Art. 5220, of 5253) the words "and 2023" shall be replaced with words 2022, ", 2023 and 2024".

Article 2

The Federal Law of March 8, 2022 No. 46-FZ "About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 11, the Art. 1596) to add with Article 21.3-1 of the following content:

"Article 21.3-1

In 2024 concerning contracts for installation and operation of the advertizing structures the following features are established:

1) till December 31, 2024 person which signed the contract for installation and operation of the advertizing structure on the parcel of land which is in the state-owned or municipal property or state-owned property on which is not differentiated, or on the building or other real estate which are in the state-owned or municipal property having the right to address to public authority, local government body with the statement for the conclusion of the supplementary agreement providing increase in effective period of such agreement on condition of absence of debt under such agreement;
