According to the subitem 245) of Item 15 of the Regulations on Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 1, 1996 No. 2922, I ORDER:

1. Approve Rules of content in specially equipped rooms of persons subjected to administrative detention according to appendix 1 to this order.

2. To provide to the border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. Recognize invalid some orders of the Chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this order.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Directors of the Border service.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
