The government of the Russian Federation decides:

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 22, 2007 No. 310

1. Add with Item 1 (4) the following content:

"1(4). Determine that for the period till January 1, 2026 the decreasing coefficient of 0,1 is applied to new subjects of the Russian Federation (The Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region, the Kherson region) to the rates of payment for unit of volume of forest resources and rates of payment for the unit area of the wood lot which is in federal property approved by this resolution.".

2. In rates of payment for unit of volume of the forest resources and rates of payment for the unit area of the wood lot which is in federal property, approved by the specified resolution:

a) in the table 3 to state the line item concerning the Belgorod and Kursk lesotaksovy district in the following edition:

"Belgorod and Kursk

all forest areas of the Donetsk People's Republic, Luhansk People's Republic, the Belgorod region, Zaporizhia region, Kursk region, Kherson region";

b) to add table 4 before the Section "Northwestern Federal District" with line items of the following content:
