These rules of consideration of the request for conducting examination and testing for patentability (further – Rules) are developed according to Item 5 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About protection of selection achievements" (further – the Law) and determine procedure for consideration of the request for conducting examination and testing for patentability (new breeds of animals, including additional industries of livestock production, such as fur farming, rabbit breeding, maralovodstvo, mule husbandry, reindeer breeding, oslovodstvo, poultry farming, beekeeping, fish breeding, the dog breeding which are result of intellectual creative activities of the person).";
