About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

Declare invalid the subitem "g" of Item of 2 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation regarding refining of powers of federal executive bodies in the field of regulation of the relations of subsurface use approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 23, 2021 No. 1398 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation regarding refining of powers of federal executive bodies in the field of regulation of the relations of subsurface use" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 35, the Art. 6307).

3.
