About recognition voided separate provisions of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 18, 2013 No. 1038

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Recognize invalid subitems 5.2. 8, 5.2.20 and 5.4.8 Regulations on the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, No. 1038 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 18, 2013 "About the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 47, the Art. 6117).

2. Item 1 of this resolution regarding recognition voided subitems 5.2.8 and 5.4.8 of the Provision specified in Item 1 of this resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024.
