Some questions of realization of pilot project on prosthetic dentistry of separate categories of persons protecting independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Health concerning realization in 2024 of pilot project on prosthetic dentistry of separate categories of persons protecting independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine (further - pilot project).

2. Determine that participants of pilot project are healthcare institutions of all patterns of ownership which obtained the license for implementation of economic activity on medical practice and signed with National service of health the agreement on medical attendance on prosthetic dentistry of separate categories of persons protecting independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine (further - the agreement).

3. Approve the Procedure for use of the means provided in the Government budget for realization in 2024 of pilot project on prosthetic dentistry of separate categories of persons protecting independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine which is applied.

4. Determine that:

in case of realization of pilot project provision of medical services in prosthetic dentistry by participants of pilot project is performed at the expense of means of the government budget based on agreements, except services which financing is performed at the expense of means of other programs of the government budget and local budgets, and also other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation;

for all participants of pilot project who signed the agreement are obligatory registration in electronic health care system and introduction of medical records in electronic health care system according to the procedure for functioning of electronic health care system approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 25, 2018 No. 411 "Some questions of electronic health care system" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 46, the Art. 1604);
