1. Approve the enclosed Rules of preservation and degreasing of the capital processing equipment for tobacco products manufacture, tobacco products, raw materials, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and (or) nicotinic raw materials.

2. Financial provision of the payment commitments connected with implementation of this resolution is performed within the budgetary appropriations provided to the Federal Service on control of the alcoholic and tobacco markets on the specified purposes in the federal budget for the next financial year and planning period.

3. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication and is effective within 6 years from the date of its entry into force.
