Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 4, 2019 No. 1590 "About general exceptions concerning agreements between federal executive bodies, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and business entities on implementation of activities in the field of transportations of passengers by air transport" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 49, the Art. 7151).
4. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024.
