Approve the enclosed changes which are made to appendices No. 1 and 2 to Rules of informing fuel and energy complex by subjects on threats of making and about making of acts of illegal intervention on objects of fuel and energy complex, the approved order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 2, 2013 No. 861 "About approval of Rules of informing fuel and energy complex by subjects on threats of making and about making of acts of illegal intervention on objects of fuel and energy complex" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 40, the Art. 5087).

1. Appendix No. 1 to the specified Rules to add with Item 8 of the following content:
"8. Threat of attack on object of fuel and energy complex with use (application) of pilotless air, underwater and surface ships and devices, pilotless vehicles and other automated pilotless complexes - possibility of unauthorized access to object of fuel and energy complex with use of pilotless air, underwater and surface ships and devices, pilotless vehicles and other automated pilotless complexes for the purpose of destruction and (or) damage of the building, the structure, construction and other objects which are part of object of fuel and energy complex, and (or) damnification of life and to health of personnel and other persons.".
2. Item 13 of appendix No. 2 to the specified Rules to state in the following edition:
