Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2021 No. 2595 "About measures for regulation of export of wheat and meslin, barley, rye and corn out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 2, Art. 533; No. 27, Art. 4864; 2023, No. 1, Art. 324; No. 25, Art. 4603; 2024, No. 1, Art. 175).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2021 No. 2595

1. Add with Item 1 (1) the following content:

"1(1). Establish from the date of entry into force of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 19, 2024 No. 505 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2021 No. 2595" till June 30, 2024 (inclusive) the separate tariff quota on export out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union, wheat and meslin (code 1001 99 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU), rye (code 1002 90 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU), barley (code 1003 90 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU) and corn (code 1005 90 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU) placed under customs procedure of export of 5 million tons.".
