About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning implementation of standards of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization in the field of medical support of security forces and forces of defense

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In Bases of the legislation of Ukraine on health protection (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 4, Art. 19 with the following changes):

Part one of Article 3 to add 1) taking into account alphabetic procedure with the term of the following content:

"pre-hospital stage of rendering delivery of health care to the medical help period from the moment of identification of person in medical emergency or requests of person for medical care before its hospitalization in healthcare institution or refusal of hospitalization";

2) in Article 14-1:

the fourth to add part with the words "except the cases provided by part seven of this Article";

add with part seven of the following content:

"Sheets of material equipment, standards, amounts of provision of the domeditsinsky help and medical care at pre-hospital stage during conducting combat operations and preparation of security forces and forces of defense to destination affirm the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine for security forces as tactical conditions and forces of defense according to the procedure, determined by the Law of Ukraine "About defense of Ukraine".

2. The second article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About defense of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 49, of Art. 420 with the following changes) to add part with new paragraphs of the following content:
