According to Article part nine 33, parts eleven of article 35-2 of the Law of Ukraine of "Basis of the legislation of Ukraine about health protection", article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About mental health services", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 90), for the purpose of enhancement of provision of mental health services to the population in stationary conditions, I ORDER to No.:

1. Approve the Procedure for rendering mental health services in stationary conditions which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of May 18, 2013 No. 400 "About enhancement of procedure for rendering mental health services to children", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 17, 2013 at No. 1196/23728.

3. (Tatyana Orabini) to provide to department of medical services:

1) submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2) promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine after implementation of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Health of Ukraine Sergey Dubrov.
