According to paragraph two of the subitem "an" of the subitem 1 of Item 2 of the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of July 29, 2022 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning providing requirements of civil protection during planning and building of the territories" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides No. 2486-IX:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of development of communities, the territories and infrastructures concerning realization within two years from the date of entry into force of this resolution of the pilot project on creation of the Unified state register of administrative and territorial units and the territories of territorial communities, the Unified state register of addresses, the Register of buildings and constructions as a part of Single state electronic system in the field of construction (further - the pilot project).

2. Approve the Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on creation of the Unified state register of administrative and territorial units and the territories of territorial communities, the Unified state register of addresses, the register of buildings and constructions as a part of single state electronic system in the field of construction which is applied.

3. Determine that:

The unified state register of administrative and territorial units and the territories of territorial communities, the Unified state register of addresses, the Register of buildings and constructions begin to function in two months from the date of entry into force of this resolution;
