Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 12, 2013 No. 94-Z "About counteraction of monopolistic activities and development of the competition" the following changes:
1. In Article 1:
in paragraph four of the word "other state" to replace with the word "other";
from the paragraph of the sixth word", purchases in case of construction" to exclude;
to add the paragraph of the seventh with words ", and also the sale and (or) purchase of goods intending to perform in one goods market";
"to legal acts and" to exclude from the paragraph of the tenth word;
after the paragraph of the fifteenth to add Article with the paragraph of the following content:

2. State Article 2 in the following edition:
"Article 2. Legal regulation of the relations in the field of counteraction of monopolistic activities and development of the competition
1. The relations in the field of counteraction of monopolistic activities and development of the competition are regulated by the antitrust law, and also the international treaties of the Republic of Belarus and other international legal acts containing obligations of the Republic of Belarus.
2. The antitrust law is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus and consists of the Civil code of the Republic of Belarus, this Law and other acts of the legislation.
3. If the international treaty of the Republic of Belarus establishes other rules, than those which are provided by this Law then are applied rules of the international treaty.
