About the Northern Fleet
For the purpose of implementation of measures for protection of integrity and immunity of the territory of the Russian Federation I decide:
1. Consider the Northern Fleet the trans-species strategic territorial merging of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation which is carrying out tasks of the military district.
2. To the Northern Fleet when implementing the activities to be guided by the Regulations on the military district of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of April 19, 2017 No. 177 "About approval of the Regulations on the military district of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation".
