About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning the cash address

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 33, 33-1, 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of reduction of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning the cash address to compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. In heading and Item 1 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 05, 2017 No. 60 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for conducting checks of the legal entities who obtained the license of the National Bank of Ukraine for provision to banks of services in collection" the words "provision to banks of services in collection" shall be replaced with words "implementation of transactions with cash and perform activities for collection of means, transportation of currency and other values".

2. Approve changes to:

1) to Regulations on procedure for conducting checks of the legal entities who obtained the license of the National Bank of Ukraine for provision to banks of services in collection approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 05, 2017 No. 60 (with the enclosed changes);

2) Rules of check behind observance by the legal entity of the requirements for acceptance, storage and processing of cash approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 26, 2020 No. 40, which are applied.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Alexey Shaban.
