Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of health of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic against effects of consumption of tobacco, nicotine and impact of environmental tobacco smoke and aerosol" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of September 28, 2021 No. 100) the following changes:
1) in Article 13:
a) to add Item 1 of part 1 with the subitem "e" of the following content:
"e) in public places, except for the places which are specially allocated for smoking;";
b) to add part 4 after words of "this Article" with words ", except as specified, provided by parts 5 and 6 of this Article";
c) add Article with part 6 of the following content:
"6. Heads and owners 2 parts of 1 this Article of the organizations specified in the subitem "v" of Item 1 and Item, the companies and public places, irrespective of patterns of ownership, can allocate special rooms for smoking and equip them according to the sanitary and hygienic, fire protection regulations approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Local government bodies determine and provide special smoking areas in the public places which are in the corresponding territory.
Requirements to the equipment of rooms for smoking affirm the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
"The legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on violations" shall be replaced with words 2) in Article 24 of the word "the labor, civil law of the Kyrgyz Republic and the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on offenses".
