About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating activities of Kyrgyzindustriya open joint stock company

The subitem 1 of Item 2 to declare 1) invalid;
2) in item 4:

"2-1) to perform functions on realization of powers of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on performance as the shareholder (participant) in JSC Kyrgyzindustriya;
2-2) to approve the charter of JSC Kyrgyzindustriya;
2-3) to take measures by training in JSC Kyrgyzindustriya of the board of directors in accordance with the established procedure;".
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of further activities of Kyrgyzindustriya open joint stock company of March 22, 2023 No. 148 the following change:
- to declare the subitem 2 of Item 2 invalid.
3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
