About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 28, 2021 No. 233
For the purpose of regulation of reconciliation procedure of projects of regulatory legal acts, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 28, 2021 No. 233 the following changes:
in the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 54-2 with the paragraph of the following content:
"In case of receipt of the conclusion of the Ministry of Justice in which need of the solution of question the local act of state body is specified the draft of the act of the Cabinet of Ministers is not subject to consideration by Presidential Administration.";
- in Item 54-4:
to state the paragraph of the eighth in the following edition:
"-drafts of orders - 3 working days, except for drafts of orders about approval and consent with drafts of international treaties of the Kyrgyz Republic and investment agreements;";
add with the paragraph the ninth the following content:
"-drafts of orders about approval and consent with drafts of international treaties of the Kyrgyz Republic and investment agreements - 10 working days.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
