About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning bankruptcy

According to the subitem of 1 Item 3, of Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, I ORDER:

1. In Item 5 of the Section II of the Procedure for passing qualification examination by persons who intend to perform activities of the arbitration manager, No. 2535/5, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of August 13, 2019 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 15, 2019 at No. 925/33896, of the word and figure "advanced training and retrainings of arbitration managers, their preparation on cases on bankruptcy of insurance companies and on cases on bankruptcy of the state companies and economic societies in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state" shall be replaced with words "preparation, retrainings and advanced trainings of arbitration managers".

2. Bring in form of the Declaration on property condition of the debtor on the case of the insolvency approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of August 21, 2019 No. 2627/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 23, 2019 at No. 964/33935, the following changes:
