About modification of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine concerning ensuring step-by-step implementation of Single judicial information and communication system

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. No. 9-13, 88) such changes:

Article 35 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Article 35. Single judicial information and communication system. Determination of structure of court

1. In court the Single judicial information and communication system and/or its separate subsystems (modules) providing, in particular functions:

1) objective and impartial distribution of materials of criminal proceedings between judges with respect for the principles of priority and the identical number of productions for each judge;

2) determination of jurors for legal proceedings from among persons entered in the jurors' list;

3) provision to physical persons and legal entities of information on the condition of consideration of materials of criminal proceedings according to the procedure provided by this Code;

4) registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence and stages of its movement;

5) participation of participants of legal procedure in judicial session in the video conference mode.

Lawyers, notaries, private contractors, arbitration managers, court experts, public authorities, local government bodies register official e-mail addresses in Single judicial information and communication system and/or its separate subsystems (modules) without fail. Other persons register official e-mail addresses in Single judicial information and communication system and/or its separate subsystems (modules) in voluntary procedure.

Registration in Single judicial information and communication system and/or its separate subsystems (modules) does not deprive of the right to submission of documents in court in paper form according to the procedure, determined by this Code.
