About entering of amendments into the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 4, 2023 No. 864 "Some questions of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 4, 2023 No. 864 "Some questions of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendments:

in Regulations on the Industry ministry and constructions of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

add with subitems 362-1), 362-2) and 362-3) of the following content:

"362-1) development and approval of rules of hearing of the subsoil user, the competent persons which prepared and checked the valuation report of resources and (or) inventories of solid minerals;

362-2) development and approval of the minimum requirements on investigation of fields of solid minerals;

362-3) development of rules of inclusion in the state accounting of minerals of data on quantity and quality of the main and together with them the lying minerals;";

add with subitems 420-1) and 420-2) of the following content:

"420-1) development and approval of rules of subsidizing of rate of coupon remuneration on the bonds issued by the issuer for further issue of mortgage housing loans for the purpose of improvement of housing conditions according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

420-2) implementation of subsidizing of rate of coupon remuneration on the bonds issued by the issuer for further issue of mortgage housing loans for the purpose of improvement of housing conditions;".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
