About modification of the Procedure for administration of the State land cadastre

According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 No. 124, I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Procedure for administration of the State land cadastre approved by the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of December 27, 2012 No. 836, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 22, 2013 at No. 153/22685, the following changes:

In paragraph five of Item 1.2 of the Section I of the word "About Electronic Confidential Services", "About Information Security in Information and Telecommunication Systems" shall be replaced with words 1) "About electronic identification and electronic confidential services", "About information security in information and communication systems";

2) in the text of the Procedure:

"telecommunication" shall be replaced with words the word "electronic communication";

shall be replaced with words the word "telecommunications" "electronic communication";

"information and telecommunication" to replace the word with the word of "information and communication".

2. To provide to department of regulation of land relations submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
