According to part four of article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About medicines", the paragraph of the sixth Item 7 of the procedure for state registration (re-registration) of medicines approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 26, 2005 No. 376, of the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of the July 30, 2021 enacted by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of August 18, 2021 No. 369, and for the purpose of ensuring rational use of medicines I order:

1. Make the changes in criterion applied in case of determination of medicines which advertizing is forbidden No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of June 6, 2012 422, registered on July 16, 2012 at No. 1189/21501, having been reworded as follows them which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. (Zadvornykh I. S.) to provide to management of provision of medicines in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy minister Komaridu A. A.
