The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Form such territorial authorities of Public service of quality of education as legal entities of the public law:
The central interregional management of Public service of quality of education, having reorganized by merge management of Public service of quality of education in Kiev and management of Public service of quality of education in Kiev region;
East interregional management of Public service of quality of education, having reorganized by merge management of Public service of quality of education in the Luhansk region, Management of Public service of quality of education in Donetsk region and management of Public service of quality of education in the Kharkiv region.
2. Determine that:
The central interregional management of Public service of quality of education is legal successor of property, the rights and obligations of management of Public service of quality of education in Kiev and managements of Public service of quality of education in Kiev region;
East interregional management of Public service of quality of education is legal successor of property, the rights and obligations of management of Public service of quality of education in the Luhansk region, managements of Public service of quality of education in Donetsk region and managements of Public service of quality of education in the Kharkiv region.
3. Take into consideration that the Central interregional management of Public service of quality of education is placed in Kiev, East interregional management of Public service of quality of education - in Kharkiv.
4. Appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 7, 2018 No. 935 "About formation of territorial authorities of Public service of quality of education" (2018, 90, the Art. 2987) to state the Official Bulletin of Ukraine to No. in the enclosed edition.
