About introduction of amendments to some laws of the Azerbaijan Republic in connection with execution of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 5, 2022 No. 523-VIQ "About food safety"

Article 1. In the first offer of the first paragraph of the fifth Item of Article 48 of the Labor Code of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the Legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 4, Article 213 (volume I) the word "product" to replace with the word "food".
Article 2. In the Civil Code of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the Legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 4 (the Book I), Article 250 (Volume I) to make the following changes:

2.4. In Article 624.3 of the word "food products" shall be replaced with words "foodstuff".
Article 3. In the Tax code of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the Legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 8 (the book I), Article 583 (volume I) to make the following changes:
3.1. To exclude the word of "(food)" from Article 13.2.56;
3.2. In Article 90.3.4 of the word "food and nonfood" shall be replaced with words "food and non-food";
