About additional measures for enhancement of financing of business initiatives of the population within development programs of family entrepreneurship

For the purpose of system continuation of measures for employment and financial support of the activities of the population directed to income acquisition:

1. Take into consideration that:

projects within development programs of family entrepreneurship in 2024 (further - programs) are financed by repayment of the credits allocated in previous years, and also the directions of additional resources;

the resources created at the expense of the repaid credits within programs go first of all for financing of projects in this territory;

the trust funds for financing of projects and resources of Fund of reconstruction and development are placed in commercial banks at the main rate of the Central bank;

in case of decrease in the main rate of the Central bank resource means and loan interest rate in proportion decrease, and in case of increase - are left without changes.

2. Determine that since April 1, 2024 the credits within programs are allocated to self-employed physical persons (except for persons having principle place of employment):

a) to 33 million sum, one year later - in addition to 50 million sum on revolving basis in case of efficiency of business activity of this borrower, target use of loan and if necessary with the petition of group (at least 3 citizens);

b) for use of these credits in several directions of development of home economy (poultry farming, rabbit breeding, livestock production, beekeeping, fish breeding and the compact greenhouse);

c) to the owners of garden plots having more than 10 hundred parts of land area and lessees - to 50 million sum without pledge;

d) for creation of compact greenhouses on 10 hundred parts and the organization of fish activities - to 100 million sum without pledge.

At the same time the credits can be allocated by cash:

in the direction of development of livestock production on purchase of really delivered cattle (cattle, sheep, goats) and identified (label attachment method) district (city) department of veterinary science;
