About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 26, 2016 No. 969

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 26, 2016 No. 969 "About approval of requirements to functional properties of technical means of ensuring transport safety and Rules of obligatory certification of technical means of ensuring transport safety" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 40, the Art. 5749).

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 26, 2016 No. 969

1. Add with Item 3 following of content:

"3. This resolution is effective till September 1, 2025".

2. In Item 50 of requirements to functional properties of the technical means of ensuring transport safety approved by the specified resolution of the word "GOST P 42.3.01-2014" shall be replaced with words "State standard specification P 42.3.01-2021".

3. In Rules of obligatory certification of the technical means of ensuring transport safety approved by the specified resolution:

a) the offer second of the subitem "v" of Item 8 to exclude;

b) add with Item 8 (1) the following content:

"8(1). The certificate of conformity concerning each unit of the technical tool of ensuring transport safety is effective during all term of its service established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.".
