About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 25, 2020 No. 85 and recognition voided some regulatory legal acts

1. 33, the 36th appendices to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 25, 2020 No. 85 "About ensuring implementation of powers and accomplishment of functions on state regulation and supervision in the field of the markets of financial services in questions of supervision of activities of participants of the markets of financial services" (with changes) to exclude Items.
1) the order of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services, of June 07, 2018 No. 850 "About approval of the Regulations on obligatory criteria and capital adequacy ratios and solvency, liquidity, profitability, qualities of assets and riskiness of transactions of the insurer", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 06, 2018 at No. 782/32234;
2) the order of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services, of January 03, 2019 No. 1 "About approval of Changes in Regulations on obligatory criteria and capital adequacy ratios and solvency, liquidity, profitability, qualities of assets and riskiness of transactions of the insurer", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 31, 2019 at No. 122/33093;
