About procedure for submission to the Eurasian economic commission of information about residents (participants, subjects) free (special, special) economic zones
According to Item 3 of article 6 of the Agreement on questions free (special, special) economic zones on customs area of the Customs union and customs procedure of free customs zone of June 18, 2010 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission SOLVED:
1. Determine that the general register of residents (participants, subjects) free (special, special) economic zones (further – the general register) is the general information resource containing the data specified in Item 2 of this Decision, created with use of means of the integrated information system of the Eurasian Economic Union on the basis of information exchange between executive bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further – authorized bodies) and the Eurasian economic commission (further – the Commission).
2. Determine that submission to the Commission of information about the residents (participants, subjects) included in registers of residents (participants, subjects) free (special, special) economic zones of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further respectively – data, registers of state members, SEZ, state members), is performed in the following procedure:
a) submission of data to the Commission is performed by the following authorized bodies:
in the Republic of Armenia – the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Armenia;
in the Republic of Belarus – the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus;
in the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Industry ministry and constructions of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
in the Kyrgyz Republic – National investments agency in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic;
in the Russian Federation – the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation;
b) the data represented by authorized bodies shall contain the following information:
