2) term of purchase of service in maintenance of readiness of electric power, to equal 15 (fifteen) years;

3) amount of service in maintenance of readiness of electric power;

4) zones of deficit of adjusting electric power in EEC of RK.";

"77. The necessary amount of financial provision of the application for participation in biddings specified in the Graphics is determined in the amount equal to 0,5 (zero whole five tenth) percent from the realization value of the project determined within the corresponding preliminary feasibility study or according to information specified in the Graphics.".
