About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 18, 2022 No. 155
For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by Articles 70, 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, I decide:
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 18, 2022 No. 155 the following changes:
To replace 1) in Item 2 of figure "425", "1658" respectively with figures "446", "2006";
2) in Regulations on the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-named Decree:
- to state the subitem 22 of Item 13 in the following edition:
"22) to act as the participant and the shareholder (shares) in the managing societies.".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of official publication.
