About modification of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic

"2. State bodies and local government bodies have the status of the legal entity. They are considered created from the date of their education. The procedure for their registration is determined according to the procedure, stipulated in Item 1 this Article.".

To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law in a month.
