About modification of the Regulations on registration of physical persons in the State register of physical persons taxpayers
According to the Law of Ukraine of December 1, 2022 to No. 2801-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring agreement signature between Ukraine and the European Union about mutual recognition of qualified electronic confidential services and implementation of the European Union law in the field of electronic identification", the Law of Ukraine of February 7, 2023 No. 2918-IX "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine of rather electronic identification and electronic confidential services", the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:
1. Bring in Regulations on registration of physical persons in the State register of physical persons taxpayers, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the order of September 29, 2017 No. 822, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 25, 2017 at No. 1306/31174, the following changes:
in paragraph one of item 4 of the Section III of the word "in the field of electronic confidential services" shall be replaced with words "in spheres of electronic identification and electronic confidential services";
in item 4 of the Section XIV of the word "About Electronic Confidential Services" shall be replaced with words "About electronic identification and electronic confidential services".
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
