About modification of some regulatory legal acts of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits
According to Item 10 parts one, Item 3-1 of part three, item 4 of part four, Item of 1 part five, part six of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the Executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED:
1. In line 5.2 tables 1, to line 4 of the table 2 of appendix 2 to the Regulations on procedure of payments, charges and payments of charges in Fund of the guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 02, 2012 No. 1, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 27, 2012 at No. 1273/21585, the word "economic" to replace with the word of "prudential".
2. In the text of the Regulations on conclusion of insolvent bank from the market approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 05, 2012 No. 2, of the word of "economic standard rates" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 14, 2012 at No. 1581/21893, shall be replaced with words "prudential standard rates".
