1. To exclude the words "generally in the schedule of distribution of strips of frequencies and in the perspective plan of use of radio-frequency range" from Item 1.2.
2. The second offer of Item 1.3 to state in the following edition:
"Designing, installation and operation of the radio-electronic means (further - REV) using radio frequencies without decision on allocation of radio frequencies, except for subjects of defense, investigation and counterintelligence activities, and also installation and operation of radio-electronic means without the permission for use of the radio-electronic means determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic is forbidden".
