About questions of realization of the Safe City component of the Smart City project
For the purpose of traffic safety enhancement, according to the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for further enhancement of digital transformation in the field of public administration" of May 12, 2023 No. 122, Item 10 of part 3 of article 17 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public procurements", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Determine public institution Kyzmat under Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the state company "Center of Technical Appointment of Head Department for Safety of Traffic of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" and Kyrgyztelekom open joint stock company service providers:
- on the round-the-clock, automatic, uninterrupted provision of complex information on transport flow, data of video surveillance and the road traffic offenses fixed using special control and measuring technical means within realization of the Safe City component of the Smart City project;
- on installation, installation, adjustment, repair, operation and maintenance of the hardware and software with functions photo and filmings, video fixings of road traffic offenses, and also to construction of other infrastructure facilities necessary for full functioning of the Safe City component of the Smart City project.
