1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of questions of housing and communal services of Ukraine of July 24, 2009 No. 223 "About approval of Rules of accession of cogeneration installations to thermal networks", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 18, 2009 at No. 778/16794.

2. (Hotsyanovskaya N.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of utilities submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective since March 22, 2024, but not earlier than day of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Vasily Shkurakov.
