About measures for support of production in population households by industrial method and to involvement of new reserves in home and Dehkan farms

1. Determine that:

areas specialize in crops of export-oriented and high-profit cultures, and also small production and cultivation of products depending on their edaphic-climatic conditions and water supply;

in 2024 in 54 areas the standard educational and experimental platforms intended for crops of export-oriented and high-profit cultures and increase in knowledge and skills of the population in this direction are created;

in 2024 in 51 areas specialized on fruit-and-vegetable growing new projects on implementation of shock freezing of fruit and vegetable products are performed;

within the Comprehensive program of continuous support of small business the unsecured credits at the rate to 100 million sum along with projects of production are allocated also for projects of cultivation of products, except for landings of crops;

refrigerated warehouses, ready greenhouses, workshops of packaging, drying and conversion are provided to the population in leasing with payment term by installments within 12 months;

preparation of biohumus in house conditions is included in the list of types of activity (works, services) in which self-employed persons can be engaged.

2. To council of farmer, Dehkan farms and owners of garden plots of Uzbekistan (A. Haitov) (further - Council) and to work Agency махаллабай and to development of entrepreneurship (M. Ubaydullayev) to take measures for specialization of areas on crops of export-oriented and high-profit cultures, and also small production and cultivation of products in 2024, according to the list according to appendix No. 1*.

3. To Chamber of Commerce and Industry (D. Vakhabov) to take measures for specialization of 43 areas on crops of export-oriented cultures and to fixing to these areas on 10 exporters in 2024 according to the list according to appendix No. 2*.

4. To council (A. Haitov) together with work Agency махаллабай and to development of entrepreneurship (M. Ubaydullayev) to create standard educational and experimental platforms for crops of export-oriented and high-profit cultures by fund of support of farmer, Dehkan farms and owners of garden plots (further - Fund) and to take measures for increase in knowledge and skills of agricultural enterprises and owners of garden plots on these standard platforms in 2024. At the same time the procedure for the organization and financing of standard educational and experimental platforms by fund is determined by the Board of trustees of Fund.

Take into consideration that the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 26, 2018 No. PP-3680 "About additional measures for enhancement of activities of farmer, Dehkan farms and owners of garden plots" determines allocation of subsidies by Fund for covering of the expenses connected with the organization of training courses for increase in skills and knowledge of the population, heads and members Dehkan and farms and also employees of Tomorka hizmati LLC and production cooperatives.

5. To the Ministry of Agriculture (A. Kosimov) and Agency on development of agricultural industry till the end of 2025 to realize new projects on implementation of shock freezing of fruit and vegetable products in 51 areas specialized on fruit-and-vegetable growing.

6. JSB Mikrocreditbank (O. Butayev) and JSB Agrobank (R. Mamatkulov) by means of leasing companies, and also to Fund to take measures for transfer to the population to leasing of refrigerated warehouses, ready greenhouses, workshops of packaging, drying and conversion with payment term by installments within 12 months.

forecast indicators of financing of the companies "Tomorka of Hizmata" created as individual entrepreneurs and rendering services to home farms of the population according to appendix No. 5 *;

forecasts of allocation to farmer, Dehkan farms and owners of garden plots of fund of support of farmer, Dehkan farms and owners of garden plots for landing of crops in межрядьях gardens and development of home infrastructure in 2024 according to appendix No. 6 *;

indicators of creation of standard educational and experimental platforms of crops of export-oriented and high-profit cultures in 54 areas according to appendix No. 7*.
