About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning terephthalic acid and its salts

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Items 16 and 18of the Regulations on the Euroasian economic commission (appendix №1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and item 4 of appendix №1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 №98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning the terephthalic acid and its salts classified by code 2917 36 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2026 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following changes:

a) in line item with code 2917 36 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "52s)" to replace with the reference "92s)";

b) in notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union:

declare the note 52C invalid;

add with the note 92C of the following content:

"92s) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 01.04.2024 till 31.03.2026 inclusive.".
