1. Reorganize:
1) republican public institution "Management of state revenues on Enbekshinsky district of Department of state revenues on the city of Shymkent of Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" by accession to it of republican public institution "Management of state revenues of Ontust_k of Department of state revenues on the city of Shymkent of Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) republican public institution "Department of state revenues on the city of Astana of Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" by accession to it of republican public institution "Management of state revenues "Astana - Jean calla" Department of state revenues on the city of Astana of Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
3) republican public institution "Management of state revenues on Medeusky district of Department of state revenues on the city of Almaty of Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan by accession to it of republican public institution "Management of state revenues "The park of information technologies" Department of state revenues on the city of Almaty of Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
2. Determine that financing of the republican public institutions specified in Item 1 of this resolution is performed for the account and within the means provided by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the republican budget.
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 24, 2008 No. 387 "About some questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendments:
