1. Declare invalid the order of the Department of Energy of Ukraine of July 21, 2021 No. 155 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out qualification of cogeneration installation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 16, 2021 at No. 1218/36840.
2. (Igor KOVALYOV) to provide to management of resursoeffektivny transformations submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective at the same time with entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of February 24, 2023 No. 2955-IX "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the combined production of heat and electrical energy (cogeneration) and use of waste power potential" on development of highly effective cogeneration", but not earlier than day of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Svetlana GRINCHUK.
