Procedure and conditions of preferential providing group of persons with drugs and medical goods

1. The procedure and conditions of preferential providing group of persons with drugs and medical goods (further - the Procedure) is developed for the purpose of regulation of preferential providing group of persons with drugs and medical goods in case of out-patient treatment in organizations of primary health care.

2. This Procedure determines the main directions of preferential providing group of persons with drugs and medical goods (type, amount and their conditions) at the expense of budgetary funds, grants and the humanitarian assistance, additional resources allocated by local executive bodies of the government, and also other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. In case of appointment and the statement of the recipe as doctors the drugs included in the list of the main medicines of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also their international unlicensed (generic) list are considered.
