About the moratorium on property acquisition, being in ownership of Federation of trade unions of Ukraine
This Law is directed to elimination of violations in case of alienation and non-admission of property acquisition of the sanatorium, tourist and sports appointment formed for many years at the expense of means of the state, the companies and workers and which is in ownership of Federation of trade unions of Ukraine now.
Article 1. Establish till January 1, 2008 the moratorium on alienation of real estate of sanatorium, tourist and sports appointment (sanatoria, hotels, tourist and sports bases, property complexes of the relevant companies, their structural divisions, certain buildings, constructions, rooms, etc.) and the fixed assets of production which are in ownership of Federation of trade unions of Ukraine, economic societies and other subjects of managing, participant (shareholder) or the founder of which is the Federation of trade unions of Ukraine, and also shares (shares, shares) the economic societies performing the related activity, being in ownership of Federation of trade unions of Ukraine.
Article 2. For the purposes of this Law property acquisition is meant as the conclusion and agreement performance of purchase and sale, pledge, mortgage, its entering into the authorized capital (funds) of subjects of managing, other civil transactions providing transition of the property right to other legal entities and physical persons.
Article 3. Temporarily before adoption of the legal act for determination of persons of law of property of the property which is in ownership of Federation of trade unions of Ukraine the moratorium on transfer of the specified property to lease or other use to physical persons and legal entities is established.
Article 4. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
