About change of the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of June 2, 2022 No. 19
Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 958, the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of June 2, 2022 No. 19 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedure" the following changes:
in word preamble "Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" shall be replaced with words "article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures";
in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 16.4-1.1 "Inclusion in the state register of the organizations which can act as authorized persons on management of common property of joint household, exception of the register", approved by this resolution:
in subitem 1.2 of Item 1:
to exclude from the paragraph of the third word "of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z";
the fourth to exclude the paragraph;
in the column "Form and Procedure for Submission of the Document and (or) Data" of part one of Item 2 of the word "by mail" shall be replaced with words "by means of mail service".
2. This resolution becomes effective since June 17, 2024.
