About the order the released material resources
For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for the order the released material resources of Armed Forces, other troops, military forming and paramilitary organizations of the Republic of Belarus (further - the released property) I decide:
1. Determine RUP "Institute of the Real Estate and Assessment" authorized organization for realization of the released property and resolve use in its name of the word "institute".
The realization of the released property is enabled by RUP "Institute of the Real Estate and Assessment" according to purchase and sale agreements based on concluded with the state bodies having military forming and paramilitary organizations of the Republic of Belarus, commission agreements.
In case of the conclusion of commission agreements the released property of RUP "Institute of the Real Estate and Assessment" is not transferred.
The order of interaction of the state bodies having military forming and paramilitary organizations of the Republic of Belarus, and RUP "Institute of the Real Estate and Assessment" during preparation for realization and in case of realization of the released property is determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus taking into account requirements of this Decree.
The president of the Republic of Belarus in some cases (or by separate types of the released property) other procedure for the order can be determined by the released property.
2. The decision is made:
2.1. about realization of the released property at its cost:
more than 30 thousand basic sizes * - the President of the Republic of Belarus;
not exceeding 30 thousand basic sizes, - heads of the state bodies having military forming and paramilitary organizations of the Republic of Belarus or persons authorized by them;
