About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Standard regulations on the commission on Civil protection" of February 19, 2019 No. 58

For the purpose of enhancement of work of the commission on Civil protection, according to article 14 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Civil protection", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Standard regulations on the commission on Civil protection" of February 19, 2019 No. 58 the following changes:

in the Standard regulations on the commission on Civil protection approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in Items 1, of 5, of 8, of 9, to replace the 11th word of "Government" with the word of "President";

- add with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. The commission on Civil protection is permanent coordinating body according to the prevention and mitigation of consequences of emergency situations at all levels, industries and objects.";

- add Item 6 with the paragraph of the following content:

"-control over the implementation of actions in the field of the prevention, mitigations of consequences of emergency situations, Civil protection, assessment of technical condition of injured buildings and constructions, conducting their accounting, and also carrying out calculation of material costs as a result of emergency situations, coordination of works on burial of the died people, to identification and burial of corpses of the animals who fell owing to emergency situations.";

- add with Item 7-1 of the following content:
